1989	Establishment in Holzmaden
1991 - 1993	Re-location to Rottenburg in a larger manufacturing hall. Classification in the quality level "A++" by a globally operating high-tech corporation. Start-up operation of second production line.
1995	Certification according to DIN EN ISO 9002 8/94 as the first profiling operation in Germany (reference: WLW) through an internationally accredited certification association. Move to new, company owned facilities in Neustetten.
1996	Categorisation by the Employer's Liability Insurance Association as "… above average standard in the area of labour safety". Quality symposium of a technology consolidation in Brussels for the five best of over 2.500 suppliers worldwide of a global player.
1998	Second certification according to DIN EN ISO 9002 8/94 for all divisions. Start-up operation of third production facility for the complete component manufacture of a mass product used worldwide made out of surface refined stainless steel.
1999	Classification as "excellent" after successful auditing by an international major customer.
2001	Third certification according tp DIN EN ISO 9002 8/94.
2002 - 2003	Due to heavy expansion, a number of new customers were gained from various sectors such as interior construction, communication technology, automotive engineering, aquarium science, body-making, construction, textile machine engineering, exhibition construction, etc. resulting in an even larger diversification of our product spectrum. "A"-Supplier at suppliers of the automotive manufacturers DaimlerChrysler and BMW. Fourth certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 Rev. 2000. Successful trial and acceptance of more than one dozen new special profiles from the aforementioned areas. Simultaneous implementation of new technologies such as e.g. production-integrated clinch on stiff profiles instead of conventional welding, or the use of profile materials with extremely high tensile strength (spring steel) for tool-clamping devices.
2004	Plant extension including a second production hall and another production line in Neustetten. All in all about 7.000m² directly connected commercial land for building secure perspectives for a further growth of the enterprise. New customers were gained.
2005 - 2006	Major customer and global leader tyco Electronics has rated us for several years in the "Delivery Performance Results" in all six examination categories with six times "excellent". Commendation with the Tyco Triangle Award: Best in quality Best in logistics Best in technical-commercial cooperation More awards from several other customers and a major bank as a confirmation of our enterprise's principles.
2006	Some new customers were gained from further branches of industry. Fifth certification / reaudit according to DIN EN ISO 9001 Rev. 2000.
2007	Outstanding and successful product innovation in the profilising sector with inserting of punched-in screw nuts in a technically very superior new profile during the profilising process. Premium supplier at a multiplicity of customers with requirements of Q1-profilising parts which are technically very complex in structure and function.

2008

Again commendation with the Tyco Supplier Award 2008 for brilliant and widely higher-than-average quality across a very long time period. It's "for the first time, unique and a quite outstanding achievement of a longtime excellent Tyco supplier, that someone gets such an award already for the second time in succession", so the Tyco management in April 2008.

Further on best zero-defect-quality according to continuous audits and ratings of our customers.

Delivery and startup of a further high-technology profilising machine for the amplification of our product range.

2009 - 2010

We dynamically realize our objectives with competence and conviction also in 2009 and 2010!
